  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted 
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol (adjust to taste) 
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter (unsweetened) 
  • A pinch of salt 
  • Optional: Chopped nuts, coconut flakes, or sugar-free chocolate chips for topping 

Instructions: 

 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil and cocoa powder until smooth. 
  2. Add powdered erythritol, almond butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined. 
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more powdered erythritol.

Snack: Chocolate Avocado Mousse 

To satisfy your sweet tooth, we have a quick and easy dessert idea! 

Ingredients: 

 

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted 
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol (adjust to taste) 
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • A pinch of salt 
  • Optional toppings: Whipped cream and shaved dark chocolate
