For the best flavor, I recommend dumping out a little bit of the water before adding the flavor packet. It is delicious and helps me reach my daily water goal.

I really enjoyed the taste. It was easy to drink as it mixed up very well. I added this to my daily routine and unfortunately didn't see any results. I reduced my calorie intake like the box suggests but not a single pound was lost. I didn't feel any more energetic or any of the added benefits the box claimed. I think what may have caused my lack of results was the fact the box says you must use for 60 days and this was only a 20 day supply.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Excited to put this to work

I love that this comes in travel friendly packets. The reason I gave it four stars is that the flavor could be better. It’s ok, but a little milky for my taste. I can’t speak to if it works for weight loss yet as I haven’t been using it that long. I’m excited to continue and see how things can hopefully improve.
