They are Strawberry flavored and smell really good! The gummies are shaped in a half round/dome shaped. The serving size is 3 gummies 30 minutes to 1 hour before your 2 largest meals. So, essentially you are taking 6 gummies a day.  With a 90ct gummy bottle that is only 15 days worth of gummies. That's a tad disappointing when you think about it since they say to take them for 60 days but you only get 15 days worth. The gummies are a good gummy consistency. They do not stick to you teeth so that is always nice. I did have a hard time getting the gummies out of the container though because they arrived all stuck together in 1 large clump. So, i had to work on breaking them up and apart and then dumping the chunks out and peeling them apart by hand. There has to be a better way for these to be packaged, stored, and shipped to ensure this does not happen. It's really unfortunate that they did this because the gummies are not sticky to the touch at all so, one would think they would not clump together like they did.  Overall, these are a great idea and concept however, getting them to not clump together in 1 huge clump so you can't get them out of the bottle is something I would really like to see get fixed

These chewables were extremely easy to take. And the taste was way better than I expected from a supplement! They did stick together inside of the bottle, which made it a little difficult to get at. I used these at (early) dinner time.

I really like these gummies, these comes in a delicious strawberry chewable flavor. These can be taken anytime anywhere, no food or water is required plus the taste is yummy and delicious. I take these twice daily, 30 minutes before my breakbeat and lunch and follow all the steps mentioned on the bottle and also taking healthy diet and moderate exercise. The key ingredient are C. canephora robusta and are very helpful. I see results not only in my weight loss, but in my nails, hair, and skin as well. So far I love the results and will continue to take these till I get the results. Overall these gummies are just amazing and enjoy eating them.
