My Transformation Story
When I was contemplating embarking on this transformation, I was hesitant about adding one more thing to my already hectic lifestyle, but with my husband by my side, and with the help of Hydroxycut®, I got the boost I needed to run full force.
My husband and I had always been healthy and active, but after our wedding we enjoyed 12 months of happy travels and eating everything in sight. As our one-year anniversary approached, reality hit – we had slacked off for a year and paid for it majorly. So together, we made the decision to get back on track. I realized this wasn’t a case of adding something to my crazy schedule, but instead a matter of changing my lifestyle and my habits. My husband and I now work out every morning. We’re back to enjoying adventurous, impulsive activities in the beautiful state we live in, and now I make sure to get a good night’s sleep, every night.
That’s not to say the transformation process was easy. There were times when it took all my willpower to say no to certain temptations. But my husband and I set goals, had little competitions with each other, asked our families to help keep us accountable, and enjoyed trying new recipes and workouts. My goal was to get stronger, which is what I will always work towards and constantly strive to succeed!
