Ingredients:

  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 scoop (about 30g) vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 pkg. low-cal sweetener
  • ¼ tsp. coconut extract

Directions:

  1. Crush ice in blender.
