Strawberries Dipped in Dark Chocolate
Two ingredients, so simple. Melt the chocolate in the microwave (go slow, being careful not to burn it), dip the strawberries and lay them on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Put them in the fridge to chill.
Mixed Berry Yogurt Parfait
Pick three of your favorite berries, then alternate layering them with either Greek or plain yogurt. Grab a bar of dark chocolate (70% quality or higher) and use a cheese grater to grate it on top of your parfait.

Chocolate Popcorn
If a rom-com is on the itinerary, then popcorn is a must. Dust off the air popper and pop a large bowlful. Put the butter away, and instead, melt 4 oz. of dark chocolate chips in the microwave, adding 1/2 tsp. of salt. Spread the popcorn on a cookie sheet, evenly drizzle the chocolate over it and let it settle for about an hour.
