My Transformation Story
The best part of this journey, besides losing 36 lbs., was the new lifestyle habits I picked up along the way. These days I exercise six days a week instead of three. I eat a lot more fruits and veggies, I meal-prep for the week and I’m more consistent with my whole routine. Being a mom and full-time student, having a job and getting to the gym is exhausting. Thanks to Hydroxycut® I have more energy throughout the day. Now I have the energy to push my workouts to the next level and, most importantly, energy to keep up with my four-year-old son.
I learned some things about myself too. I’m a lot stronger than I think, and I have way more confidence now.
