Cool Down and Stretch
It’s important to cool down and stretch after working out. This helps prevent injuries. Light aerobic exercise such as walking or easy indoor cycling are good, as both of these will allow you to hydrate yourself and cool down. Some light stretching, in particular the front and back of your legs (quad and hamstring muscle) as well as your butt (glutes) is important for overall flexibility.
