Before I began to use Hydroxycut® this year, I had been overweight for most of my adult life. I would go shopping for clothes only when we had an event that was absolutely necessary to go to because I was so ashamed of my body. It was typical for me to avoid family and friends because I did not want them to see how fat I was. I was also embarrassed for my kids because as a relatively young mom, I felt like they should have a mom to feel proud of. I felt like they should have a mom that could run with them and be active. As an overweight person, I was dragged down so much by my weight that I didn't participate with my kids in nearly the manner that I wanted to.
