Let's face it; we're all busy. But for those attending school, making time for yourself can be even more of a challenge. Lisa Hindman as, a graduate student in her Masters of Education, found herself overwhelmed by all the things in her life. She wasn't eating properly and was doing little to no exercise. As a result, Lisa was out of shape, and that affected her. “I was feeling uncomfortable and insecure, I had low self-esteem, and I was not very confident in myself as a person," she says.

At the time, Lisa didn't really pay much attention to her eating habits, nor did she watch how much she ate. In order to lose weight, she had to modify her diet so that she was planning her meals and making healthier choices.
