Karen wasn't always in great shape. Not that long ago, while she was in school working toward her goal of becoming a physical therapist, she had little time for anything other than eating, sleeping, and hitting the books.

Karen says, “Graduate school required me to be entirely focused toward that goal, and it left me very little time to take care of myself. Even on days that I felt good and I wanted to try and exercise, I had to skip it because of the amount of work I had.”
