Chris Steel
Hydroxycut® Success Story“How I fell out of shape is probably the same struggle that a lot of people face,” says Chris Steel. “I was working a lot, and that kept encroaching on the time that I wanted to devote to the gym.” A busy sales rep and aspiring actor, Chris had a full schedule, and this presented a real challenge when it came to losing weight. “Although I was having a lot of fun going to auditions and trying to succeed at acting, I really didn't think I was doing enough to get to where I wanted to be,” he says. “That made me want to change the way I looked.” When Chris began his efforts to take off a few pounds, he ran into a few obstacles that could have prevented him from staying positive and focused on achieving the results he wanted. Chris found that maintaining his eating plan didn't come without some adversity. “The biggest challenge I had was trying to get the meals in every day,” he says. “Getting to the gym at night wasn't a problem for me, but finding time to get my meals in was.”
Chris not only had to make sure his eating plan stayed on track, but also had to put forth a solid effort to do cardio. “I can't lie - cardio can be a challenging part of your training plan,” he says. “But you've got to get up onto your feet and start walking. I started by walking on the treadmill for 45 minutes a night. From there, I increased the elevation and kept challenging myself to do better.”
As with many other people who have been successful at losing weight and living a better lifestyle, a positive attitude and a determination to succeed when challenged with adversity is ultimately what helped Chris achieve a better body.
