Turkey Vegetable Casserole Recipes

Ingredients:
1 cup minute rice
1 can of fat-reduced cream of mushroom soup
1 can of fat-reduced cream of celery soup
1 cup water
1 cup chopped leftover turkey
1 cup grated carrots
¼ cup green onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
½ cup chow mein noodles

This recipe is easy to make and is a great mid-week dinner option that your whole family is sure to enjoy!

Directions:
1. Preset oven for 350°F.
2. Prepare rice according to package directions.
3. Combine soup and water and bring to a boil. Then add turkey.
4. Once rice is ready, add it to the pot. Leave on a low setting for 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Pour mixture into casserole dish, adding carrots, green onions, salt,
and pepper.
6. Cook in oven for 30 minutes.
7. Remove casserole from oven and sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
8. Cook for 10 more minutes.
