Position
Stand with your arm extended and the palm of your hand flat on a stable object with your fingers pointing opposite the direction you are facing.

Technique
Fully extend your arm and turn your body slightly away from it. Hold the stretch for 15 to 20 seconds, then switch arms and repeat the stretch.

Tip
Keep your arm fully extended during the stretch.
