Brad Baker Stretching Upper Arms (back)
Position
Raise one arm above your head and bend at the elbow so it's pointing upward.

Technique
Try to touch the back of your opposite shoulder with your raised arm. You should feel a light stretch at the back of your upper arm and, to a lesser degree, along the side of your body. Hold the stretch for 15 to 20 seconds, then switch sides and repeat the stretch.

Tip
For a better stretch, gently pull the elbow of your raised arm closer to your head.
