Hips
Position
Sit with one leg straight and your other leg placed over top of your straightened leg. The foot of your bent leg should be flat on the ground on the outside of your straightened leg.

Technique
Turn your upper body to the side on which your leg is bent. You should feel a light stretch in your hip on the side of your bent leg. Hold the stretch for 15 to 20 seconds, then switch sides and repeat
the stretch.

Tip
You can use your opposite arm to pull your thigh and knee in to your body to get a thorough stretch in your butt and hip.
