Clasp your hands together behind you.
Technique
Slowly squeeze your shoulders backward while sticking your chest out and keeping your head up. You should feel a gentle stretch across the front of your upper torso and the front of your shoulders. Hold the stretch for 15 to 20 seconds.
Tip
You can make this stretch easier by holding onto the ends of a small towel to widen the distance between your hands.
