Position and Movement
Sit down and place the front of your lower leg (where your foot and lower leg connect) underneath the extension pad located under or slightly out from the seat on the machine. Extend your legs up, pushing against the pad. Straighten your legs until they are slightly bent. Then slowly return the weight back down to where your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle.

Tip
Keep your butt on the seat throughout the entire movement and keep your toes pointing straight.
