Position and Movement
Stand upright with your arms at your sides, holding an end of the skipping rope in each hand with the rope behind you. Bring the rope up and over your head, then down the front of your body. As the rope gets close to your feet, jump over it. As the rope speeds up, you must time the jump to make it a continuous motion.

Tips
This exercise is all about timing. Once you can get the timing down, it becomes easier to do.

Consult your physician before starting any diet and/or exercise plan.
